Two shows

I talk to people
who build things

One about technology and the people using it. One about running, and doing hard things on purpose.

About

Build in the day.
Run in the dark.

I’m from Niagara. I build websites and automations for local businesses like electricians, contractors, gyms and food trucks, and I run very long distances, usually for a reason.

The two are more related than they look. Both are mostly showing up on the days you don’t feel like it, and both are finished by people who keep going after it stops being interesting. I’d rather do a hard thing properly than an easy thing quickly.

To me, running is freedom. The more people I can inspire to free their minds for what’s possible in life, the better the world will be.

Charity of choice

The sport I had
to give up

When I was younger I was paying for martial arts and saving for my first vehicle at the same time. I could not afford both. Martial arts was one of my greatest passions and it was the thing that went.

I was lucky. I got back to it. Plenty of kids never do. They stop and that is the end of it, or the cost means they never start at all, and they lose the coaching, the friends, and everything the sport was going to turn them into.

I had to choose.
A lot of kids never get the choice.

That is why every race I run raises money for Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities. They cover registration, equipment and transport so a kid can play no matter what their family earns. It is the exact barrier I hit, taken away.

Donate to Jumpstart

Cost is the reason 22% of Canadian kids who leave organized sport leave it. Jumpstart Cost and Barriers to Sports Participation Study, October 2025, 5,891 parents surveyed. This site is independent of Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities; donations go directly to them.
